• Honey Crystallisation or Granulation is natural due to abundance of glucose in it over a period of time with no effect on its quality other than colour or texture.
• Pure Honey kills bacterial and fungal infection due to the presence of antiseptic (hydrogen peroxide) in it.
• If honey is consumed with lukewarm water, then it supports in weight loss, but if consumed in cold water, then it aids in weight gain.
• Honey will spoil if not properly handled or stored. It should be stored in a glass container or else it tends to ferment and produce an acidic smell.
